1. Heat your frying pan to high heat with some olive oil and cook your flank steak for 3-4 minutes a side depending on whether you want medium rare (3 minutes) or well done (4 minutes). Salt to taste when cooked.
2. Now remove your steak, add your vegetables, and lower the heat to medium high. Use more oil if needed and once vegetables are almost done, add garlic, cook for another minute and then they are ready.
3. Heat your fajita wraps in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and serve with cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
