Fresh Steak Fajitas

Any night is a good night for Steak - why not put them im fajitas?

Quick and easy homemade meals

Unlike ground beef fajitas, steak fajitas don't inluding teaco seasoning. It's just the steak, the vegetables, and the fajita wrap. Those that aren't mexican food lovers should have no trouble enjoying their steak sandwich wrapped up.

Directions

1. Heat your frying pan to high heat with some olive oil and cook your flank steak for 3-4 minutes a side depending on whether you want medium rare (3 minutes) or well done (4 minutes). Salt to taste when cooked.

2. Now remove your steak, add your vegetables, and lower the heat to medium high. Use more oil if needed and once vegetables are almost done, add garlic, cook for another minute and then they are ready.

3. Heat your fajita wraps in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and serve with cheese, salsa, and sour cream.

Ingredients

1 lbs Flank Steak
1 Medium Red Onion - Sliced
1 of Each Colored Pepper - Sliced
1 cup Shredded Cheese
Salsa and Sour Cream

If you want to spice up this excellent dish, try making your favorite marinade for your steak and marinading it for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
